A daily summary of operational data (equivalent to data published by the Atom Feed Service) is send by a Matrix Summary job that runs on Tuesday till Saturday at 8:00 AM, as in the Cron Trigger Expression "0 0 8 ? * 3-7" contained in configuration key system.matrix.publish.summary.day.schedule.
